Not at all. We work with developers, architects, builders, homeowners, and businesses - anyone who needs planning advice or help navigating the permit process.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRE-APPLICATION ADVICE?
Yes, we offer basic consultations and feasibility assessments to help you understand planning requirements before submitting an application. We also assess potential property purchases. This can save time, money, and frustration down the line.
